It depends on which plan you select, starting from 120 transactions per user per year. If you need more transactions, you can either get them in a one-time purchase or upgrade your subscription plan to one that includes more transactions at any point in time.

In M SIGN,a transaction is a single, unique request made by a user to process a document in an organization’s M SIGN environment. This can be facilitated through a browser, app, a standard M SIGN add-on or a REST API request.

You can easily get more transactions as a one-off purchase or upgrade your plan to include more transactions.

You will be contacted by your account manager or distributor once your subscription is due to be renewed. If you opt for auto renewal, an invoice will be sent to you automatically to renew your subscription.

Subscription plans can be upgraded at any time and if you wish to downgrade, the change will be effective at the beginning of your next subscription period.

If you don’t wish to continue with your M SIGN subscription, you can always cancel (“terminate”) it according to the M SIGN Terms of Service. Termination will be effective from the beginning of your next subscription period.

If you terminate your subscription within 30 days from its effective date, you can request a full refund on the price of the subscription plan. Add-ons and customization services are non-refundable.
